If we determine that conditions are unsuitable, we’ll contact you to discuss another suitable date. Your deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled session.

If we cannot agree on a suitable alternative, we’ll discuss an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable under Australian Consumer Law.

A forecast of rain does not automatically mean a session will be cancelled. We’ll assess the conditions and communicate with you.
